Frequently Asked Questions

1

Can we go to more Breweries?

We want you to be able to remember the good times, and while we love that you want to support local, it can be straining on our relationships with our brewery partners when we have unruly guests.

2

What venues do you visit?

We ask that you let us book the venues. As some breweries are busier than others at peak hours such as Friday and Saturday night, we want to ensure the best possible tour for your group. If you have a suggestion on one of the breweries please let us know at the time of booking. Our regular tour venues are:

  • Beer Bus: Tool Shed, Common Crown, Last Best, Paddys, Confluence (Distillery), Annex & 88 - by request at non-peak times.

  • Beer Bike: Paddy's, Cabin, Born Colorado, Annex & Confluence - by request

Can we do a private sit-down lunch?

For private groups (8+ weekdays, 10+ guests Saturdays) if you ask at the time of booking we can book a private table at Last best or Paddy's. The meal is at your own cost and it adds about 20-30 minutes to the tour. Available on bus tours only.

How does the deposit work?

Book for how many you know are coming, not how many you hope are coming. All our buses/bikes are 14 passengers so book for 10 to make a private party and you can add up to 4 extra guests to fill the bus up to the last week before your tour.

Deposits are 25% with the remainder auto-charged to the CC on file the week before your tour.

Sorry, we do not do refunds for no-shows and we need 10 guests for private tours on Saturdays. Good practice to have the group pay the organizer before the time of the deposit (that way if they drop out, you are not out of pocket).

How do we make this extra special?

Have you thought about adding Axe Throwing or switching out a brewery for a Cider house or Distillery? We can also dress up our beer bike with party supplies if you bring them!

5

Can you pick us up and drop us off?

Of course, each private tour includes one private pickup and drop-off. Pickup is 15 minutes before the brewery tour start time.

6

Can we drink on the bus?

Because our guide is not away from the passenger cabin, Alberta suggests we do not apply for a liquor license for our bus. Want to drink on tour, check out our beer bike!

What if we have less than 10 people, can we still be private?

We are happy to do private tours for smaller groups Sunday to Friday and potentially Saturday depending on the availability of start times. Otherwise, we have small groups as a part of our public tours on a daily basis.
